Kerel Kaishaku is crafted by VBDCK Brewery. In the ancient ritual of harakiri, the figure of the Kaishaku represented the person assigned to finish off, cutting off the head with a samurai sword, the one whose belly was opened to save them from a slow agony until death.

Belgian craft beer, 15% alcohol, high fermentation.

It has a golden yellow color with little foam due to its high alcohol content achieved by using Japanese sake yeast.

Aroma with notes of tropical fruit mixed with alcoholic warmth.

It can accompany dishes of fatty fish, spicy dishes, meat dishes, spicy and cured cheeses, or sweet desserts.
