Marco Valerio Marcial is a wine produced by Bodegas Langa, located in D.O. Calatayud, Zaragoza, which stands out for its uniqueness as it is entirely composed of hundred-year-old Garnacha. After careful selection and cultivation, the wine undergoes aging consisting of 12 months in concrete tanks (eggs) and another 6 months in bottle to refine its character. This aging process highlights and enhances its notes of ripe red fruit, as well as its elegant tannins that lend softness on the palate. The result is a cherry red wine with purple hues, featuring an aromatic profile that includes elevated fragrances of red flowers and herbaceous notes. Raspberry, as the predominant fruit, is noticeable on the palate, offering freshness and purity in every sip. Ideal for pairing with white meats and dishes with herbs.
