Particular Chardonnay is a pale yellow wine with greenish tones. Intense perfume on the nose, with floral and vegetal notes on a subtle but present wood background thanks to its 3 months of ageing in French oak barrels following the batonnage technique, which seals the fruit and the fragrance. In the mouth it has volume and breadth, with a fleshy passage that makes it very gastronomic and harmonious. Ideal with smoked meats, poultry, fish and sophisticated appetizers.
