Aging: American oak barrel for 5 months and a minimum stay in bottle of 4 months.
Purplish tones with garnet cherry, of medium-high intensity. On the nose, it is a wine of high intensity, fruity with blackberry and cherry with spices like clove and vanilla, milky with hints of licorice, tea, and roasted. In the mouth, it has a powerful retro-nasal. Smooth and fresh attack and passage through the mouth but with body and structure. Long aftertaste of black fruits and sweet spices.
Service temperature: between 14 and 16 ºC.
Pairing: All kinds of meats, cold cuts, and smoked foods.
