Valonga Sofia is a sweet white wine noted for its purity, made from 100% muscat grapes handpicked and late-harvested. This wine originates from Valonga estate and has a light yellow hue with golden reflections. On the nose, it offers a floral and fruity bouquet with aromas of jasmine, orange blossom, and peach. It is flavorful and fruity on the palate, making it an ideal choice for special occasions. Best served at temperatures between 6-8ºC, with an alcohol content of 13%, acidity of 5.6 g/l, and sugar level of 66 g/l, creating a perfect balance in sweetness.
