Zinca Alma de Barro Blanco is an exquisite selection of white wine from the dry hills of Montesa, Huesca. This wine is made from carefully cultivated grapes to ensure maximum quality. After harvest, the grapes are destemmed, and fermentation takes place in clay jars, a traditional method that allows the wine to develop unique complexity. Fermentation lasts for 18 days, conducted without temperature control, reaching a maximum temperature of 21ºC. The wine is then aged on its lees with battonage for 3 months in the same fermentation jar, enriching its texture and flavor. Finally, it undergoes additional aging in highly porous clay jars for 12 months before being bottled in a unique 75 cl clay container. This wine pairs perfectly with seafood, fish dishes, and salads, highlighting its freshness and character.
