Altavins Tempus is a red wine produced in the D.O. Terra Alta by Altavins Viticultors. The grapes come from vineyards over 30 years old and are manually harvested to ensure top quality. After prolonged maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine ages in French oak barrels before resting in the bottle. This process results in an intense and complex wine with an aromatic profile highlighted by ripe black and red fruits, accompanied by subtle hints of vanilla, cocoa, and spices. On the palate, it is meaty and balanced, with good acidity, soft tannins, and a long, persistent finish. Ideal for pairing with red meats and intense dishes.
