Vinerel·les Garnacha Blanca is an elegant white wine from the Denomination of Origin Terra Alta, produced by Altavins Viticultors. This wine is part of the Vinerel·les project, a collection of artisanal wines aimed at expressing the purity of each variety and plot. It is made 100% from Garnacha Blanca, a typical variety from the region. The grapes used for this wine come from the Masadeta estate and are hand-harvested to ensure the best quality. A pre-fermentation maceration with the skins is carried out, followed by slow fermentation. The aging is done on lees in oak barrels, which adds complexity and depth to the wine. On the nose, this wine presents intense aromas of stone fruits like peach and apricot, complemented by notes of fennel and almond blossom. There are also mineral nuances reflecting the character of the terroir. On the palate, the wine is dry, saline, and with good structure, finishing with a long finish in line with its Mediterranean origin.
