Castro Candaz Finca El Curvado is a red wine from the D.O. Ribeira Sacra, made primarily from the Mencía variety, complemented by local varieties. The wine comes from granite soils in the Chantada region, where the slopes are steep. During production, fermentation includes a portion of stems and aging occurs in used barrels. On the nose, the wine showcases finesse with fresh red fruit aromas, floral notes, and strong mineral character. On the palate, it is vibrant and fluid with remarkable freshness.
