III Lustros is a historical reference for quality sparkling wines. Made with Xarel·lo (70%) and Macabeo (30%) from the emblematic estate Font de Jui, this Corpinnat gets its name from the "three lustros" (15 years) that Gramona traditionally considered as the horizon of its excellence, although its current aging is around 80 months (almost 7 years). It is aged under a natural cork stopper, allowing for micro-oxygenation that enriches the wine. Being Brut Nature, it has no added sugars, showcasing the structure and chalky character of the soil with complete honesty.
In Magnum format, its bubble is incredibly fine and melting. On the nose, it presents a mature complexity: notes of freshly baked pastries, pastry cream, hints of nuts (hazelnut), dried figs, and a mineral finish reminiscent of chalk. On the palate, it is powerful, with a structured entry and enveloping creaminess. The citrus freshness of the Xarel·lo remains alive, perfectly balancing the aging notes. It is the definitive wine for a meal from start to finish: from robust rice dishes to white meats or baked fish.
