Finca d'Espiells Aurora Rosé is an organic rosé wine that stands out for its delicacy and subtle pale pink color, inspired by the shades of dawn in the vineyards of Espiells. This wine is crafted with a careful blend of varieties such as Pinot Noir, Xarel·lo, and Syrah, aiming for elegance and finesse. Aurora is made using very gentle pressure to extract only the free-run juice and ferments in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, preserving its volatile aromas. On the nose, it presents subtle and complex notes of small red fruits like currants and raspberries, along with a floral background of violets and white flowers. On the palate, it is light, silky, and very balanced, thanks to a refreshing acidity that gives it liveliness and a long finish.
