Cruor Magnum is the most classic expression of Priorat, made from vineyards located in the prestigious area of Llivorella , in the municipality of Bellmunt del Priorat. It is born from a unique and majestic landscape, where the historic Casa Gran de Siurana , cradle of tradition and winemaking excellence, has stood since the 13th century.

Tasting notes

• View: Deep ruby colour with garnet reflections.

• Nose: Concentrated aromas of ripe black fruit, plums, blackberries and cherries, with hints of liquorice, sweet spices and a subtle mineral background.

• Mouth: Powerful and silky at the same time, with polished tannins and a balanced acidity that brings freshness. Long, persistent finish with a typical Priorat character.

Food Pairing

Ideal with grilled red meats, game stews, intense Mediterranean dishes and cured cheeses. Its structured and deep character also makes it excellent to enjoy on its own at special moments.
