La Miranda d’Espiells is an organic single-varietal white wine made from Chardonnay that comes from the Espiells estate. Unlike other whites from the area, this wine aims to express the freshest and most varietal side of Chardonnay in Penedès, without the use of barrels, opting for a stainless steel production that preserves its purity and typicity.
After a controlled fermentation, the wine rests for a few months on its lees, which gives it volume and complexity without losing its direct profile. In the glass, it presents a pale yellow color with bright reflections. On the nose, it is very expressive, highlighting notes of stone fruits (peach, nectarine), soft tropical fruits (pineapple), and subtle hints of white flowers. On the palate, it is round, with a creamy texture balanced by a citrus acidity that makes it vibrant and persistent. It is perfect for grilled fish, pasta with creamy sauces, poultry, and mildly spicy Asian cuisine.
