Viver d’Espiells is an organic white wine with a personality marked by its unique blend: the structure of the Xarel·lo, the elegance of the Chardonnay, and the aromatic exuberance of the Malvasía de Sitges. It is a wine that seeks harmony between the tradition of Penedès and the complexity of the varieties that have best adapted to the Espiells estate.

After separate fermentation of each variety in stainless steel tanks, the wine rests on its lees to gain body. In the glass, it is pale yellow with bright reflections. On the nose, it is a delight: the Malvasía adds floral notes (rose petals, jasmine) and exotic fruit, while the Xarel·lo and Chardonnay provide a background of white fruit and structure. On the palate, it is smooth, balanced, and with a very persistent freshness. A versatile wine that pairs wonderfully with everything from appetizers and salads to baked fish and white meats.
