Les Cousins Sagesse is a red wine made by Les Cousins Marc & Adrià in the renowned DOCa Priorat. This project aims to provide a fresh and accessible version of Priorat, producing a wine that stands out for its smoothness and elegance. Mainly composed of Garnacha and Cariñena from vineyards on llicorella soils, this wine maintains the mineral identity of Priorat, with aging in used barrels to preserve the purity of the fruit. Its intense aroma features notes of ripe red fruits like cherry and raspberry, spices, and a distinctive mineral character of Priorat. On the palate, it is juicy and balanced, with soft tannins and vibrant acidity that enhance its gastronomic character. Ideal for pairing with cold cuts, grilled meats, and Mediterranean cuisine. It should be served between 15 and 17 °C to fully enjoy its freshness and aroma.
