Moscato D'Asti Toso
One of the keys to Moscato d'Asti Toso is its versatility. Although we usually associate it only with dessert, its low alcohol content and acidity make it a surprising companion for spicy appetizers or blue cheeses. It should be served very cold (between 6°C and 8°C) to highlight its freshness and ensure that the sweetness is not overwhelming. It is a "vintage" wine, which means that it is best enjoyed young to fully appreciate the intensity of its floral aromas.
