Oliveda La Bèstia Negra is a red wine that stands out for its strong Mediterranean personality, produced by Celler Oliveda, a family winery located in Capmany, Girona. Its production takes place in the majestic landscape of Empordà, where conditions are exceptional due to the tramontana wind and the soil composition, mainly slate. This rugged environment, combined with a high-altitude vineyard, contributes to the production of grapes with great concentration and character, thus reflecting the essence of the terroir. The blend is primarily composed of Garnacha (80%) and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. The fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to maintain the fruity expression. Subsequently, it undergoes aging for approximately one year in oak barrels. Visually, it presents a captivating ruby-red color with medium-high density. On the nose, intense aromas of black fruits and vanilla emerge, while the wine offers a smooth and velvety experience on the palate.
