Oliver Conti Ni Blanc Ni Negre is a rosé wine from the DO Catalunya, produced by the family winery Oliver Conti located in Alt Empordà. The proximity to the sea, granitic soils, and the influence of the tramontana contribute to its unique personality. The grapes are handpicked, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. With a bright pale pink color, it offers freshness and elegance on the nose, with aromas of strawberries, raspberries, floral notes, and citrus hints. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness, balance, and lively acidity, providing a clean and mineral finish. It pairs well with appetizers, rice dishes, fish, seafood, and salads. It’s recommended to serve it between 8 and 10 ºC.
