Naltres is an organic red wine made by L'Olivera in Vallbona de les Monges, within the D.O. Costers del Segre. This wine reflects the collective character of the L'Olivera project, and its name means "we" in the Terres de Ponent. It is produced from organically farmed vineyards using Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cariñena grapes. The winemaking process includes whole cluster fermentation and aging for 4 months in cement tanks, followed by bottle aging. On the nose, Naltres reveals intense aromas of black plum, licorice, raisins, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is sweet, broad, and round, showcasing its fruity and spicy character, with Garnacha as the protagonist. Its intense and mature style makes it ideal for various occasions.
