Parajes del Cabriel
Parajes del Cabriel is a wine that stands out for its purity, freshness, and an elegance that breaks the myth that the Bobal grape only produces rustic wines. Made from old vineyards cultivated organically, this red wine seeks to express the typicality of the land near the Cabriel River. It is fermented with a portion of stems (the skeleton of the bunch) and aged in large used wooden foudres to avoid masking the fruit. The result is a wine with a deep nose featuring notes of wild berries, violets, aromatic herbs, and a mineral touch. On the palate, it is vibrant, with fantastic acidity and a fluid texture that makes it extremely elegant and food-friendly.
