Paseante La Pelea is a carefully crafted red wine made from 100% Tempranillo grapes from the D.O. Ribera del Duero. Its early harvest in the cooler areas of the region helps preserve the freshness and aromas of the fruit. This wine showcases an intense purple-red color with violet reflections. On the nose, dominant aromas of black fruit stand out, accompanied by delicate toasted notes from its aging in American oak barrels. On the palate, Paseante La Pelea offers a smooth and rounded experience, marked by a good combination of freshness, fruit, and tannins, resulting from a cold prefermentative maceration for 48 hours, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
