Red Bat is a red wine produced by Bodegas Pinord in the Priorat Qualified Denomination of Origin. This wine originates from the Mas Blanc estate, where vineyards are grown following the principles of organic and biodynamic farming on licorella soils. The Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah varieties are carefully hand-harvested, ensuring the selection of the best grapes. After a three-day cold maceration, the must ferments and is transferred to oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and careful aging. The result is a wine with an intense nose of fresh red fruits and mineral tones that evoke the characteristic terroir of Priorat. On the palate, it shows good concentration with a balanced structure, smooth tannins, and a pleasant mouthfeel.
