The Ratafia dels Raiers 350ml flask is a liqueur made by macerating green walnut and nutmeg and distilling 21 aromatic plants, roots, and spices. It has an alcohol content of 29% vol. and 275 grams of sugar per liter, according to the formula created by grandfather Joan Portet over 50 years ago. From that formula we obtain a ratafia of special finesse. It is recommended to drink the Ratafia dels Raiers 1L after a meal, with ice or very cold. It is also an excellent complement in the kitchen for sauces or roasts and even for making desserts with fruit or pastries.
