Tr3smano Vendimia 2021 is a red wine from the D.O. Ribera del Duero produced by Bodega Tr3smano with 100% Tinta del País grapes. The grapes come from old vineyards aged between 40 and 80 years located in various areas of the denomination, including Olmedillo, Roa, La Horra, Moradillo, Pesquera, and Peñafiel. The selection of grapes is done meticulously to seek the maximum expression of each plot. When necessary, part of the harvest is discarded to preserve the final quality. It is aged for approximately 12 months in new French oak barrels. It has an intense cherry-red color. On the nose, it offers a complex and elegant profile, with aromas of blue flowers and ripe red fruits, accompanied by subtle toasted and smoky notes, tea, coffee, and spices. On the palate, it is meaty and fresh, with power and complexity, without losing its fine and elegant character. The silky tannins and long finish complete its expression.
