Rebeldes Blanco is a white wine from the D.O. Montsant in northeastern Spain, produced by Bodega Rebeldes using Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo. The grapes come from selected plots at about 600 meters above sea level in El Masroig and Els Guiamets, among the highest points in the southern part of the denomination. The diversity of soils and the Mediterranean climate characterize this wine region. Vinification includes the fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks and a short aging differentiated by variety. The Macabeo spends several months in oak barrels, while the Garnacha Blanca is processed with its fine lees, aiming for a modern and accessible profile. It shows a bright lemon-yellow color. On the nose, it is expressive and clear, with aromas of ripe white fruits like peach and pear, accompanied by notes of pastry, citrus nuances, and a subtle smoky background. On the palate, it is broad and creamy, with a silky texture and a well-integrated acidity that provides freshness and persistence.
