This Bach flower remedy is for people who temporarily suffer from a loss of self-confidence, caused by an excessive burden of responsibility. Elm type individuals are successful, self-assured, and always accomplish what they desire. However, at times they try to do or take on too many responsibilities at once until the burden becomes so great that they feel depressed and are overcome by doubts about their ability to handle them and move forward.

Instructions for Use:

It is recommended to take it in a simple preparation: dilute in a glass of water and sip at intervals; or add 2 drops to a 30 ml dropper bottle with water and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day. For a compound preparation: it is recommended to add to a 30 ml bottle and take 4 drops at least 4 times a day.
