Caffeine is an alkaloid of the methylxanthine family, whose metabolites include the compounds theophylline and theobromine, with similar chemical structure and similar effects (although of lesser intensity at the same doses). It is a white, crystalline solid compound with a bitter taste, which acts as a central nervous system stimulant, due to its non-selective antagonist action on adenosine receptors. It is a metabolic and central nervous system stimulant and is used both recreationally and medically to reduce physical fatigue and restore mental alertness in cases of unusual weakness or lethargy.

How to use:

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food.

Caffeine anhydrous (39.6%), stabilizer (microcrystalline cellulose),vegetable capsule thickener (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), coloring agents (iron oxides and hydroxides)], mulgent magnesium salts of fatty acids), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide). Per 1 capsule: 200 mg of caffeine.
