Isoflavones are a series of compounds that by their chemical structure belong to a group of substances of vegetable origin, to which are attributed functional similarities with estrogens, so they are advisable in menopause. In some cases, the end of menstrual function may influence the deterioration of tissues, including those of the skeleton. As is known, one of the properties of magnesium is to stop this deterioration, which is why this element has been incorporated into the preparation. Vitamin E, for its antioxidant and anti-aging effect, helps maintain the elasticity of the arteries and promotes circulation.

How to use:

Take one capsule a day, preferably in the morning. Average contents per daily dose of 1 capsule (488.5 mg): magnesium 57.8 mg (15% NRV*), vitamin E 3.4 mg a-TE (28% NRV*), soy extract 100 mg, of which soy isoflaavones 40 mg.
