Lecithin is a complex mixture of phospholipids and triglycerides obtained by washing vegetable oils with water. The most common phospholipids in this mixture are phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine, although inositol, serine and phosphatidic acid phospholipids are also important. Phospholipids are the basic cellular building block, since cell membranes are composed of them. Lecithin is best known for its ability to form transport lipoproteins, which enables it to reduce blood cholesterol levels, protecting the body from atherosclerosis. For its choline content, an essential compound for the proper functioning of the nervous system, as it is a precursor of acetylcholines. Choline has also proven to be an efficient hypotensive.

How to use:

It is recommended to take 2-3 pearls two or three times a day with meals.
