The black radish (Raphanus sativus L. var niger) belongs to a large family of vegetables: the brassicaceae -also known as crucifers-, a botanical family that includes a large number of genera and about 3,000 vegetable species, such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, red cabbage, cauliflower, cabbage and turnip. The artichoke (Cynara scolymus) is a herbaceous plant cultivated in many parts of the world and is very abundant in the Mediterranean area. The characteristic color of the leaves gives the artichoke its name, since in Greek and Latin cinara means ashy color. It has showy flower heads with bluish flowers and its leaves can be pressed to produce a juice that, concentrated and purified, is intended for the preparation of extracts.

How to use:

It is recommended to take 1 to 3 ampoules a day before meals for 3 to 4 weeks. Do not exceed the dose expressly recommended by the manufacturer.
