Somnio® Flash 1.8 from Dietisa is a food supplement based on melatonin and vitamin B6, with sugars and sweetener. This product contains Melatonin whose beneficial effect on jet lag is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of the trip and a few days after arrival at the destination. How to use:
