Omega 3 - Heart and Brain Function

Omega 3 dietary supplement, fish oil is rich in polyunsaturated omega 3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). These fatty acids contribute to the proper functioning of the heart. DHA also contributes to the preservation of vision and maintaining good brain function.

** A daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA is required to obtain this effect. Omega 3 fatty acids are also recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Directions for use:

It is recommended to take 1 to 3 capsules per day. For children aged 3 and above, it is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules per day. Take during meals with a little water or fruit juice.
