Picual Intense Fruity is an organic extra virgin olive oil in a 500 ml format, from the new harvest of October 2026. Made from the Picual variety, it comes from organic olive groves in Arjonilla, Jaén, where the family producer has cultivated olive trees for seven generations. The harvest takes place early, in October, when the olive begins to change color. The olives are milled the same day and the oil is cold-processed to preserve the freshness, intensity and character of this variety. Both the timing of the harvest and the same-day production are part of the process described by the producer. The result is an organic EVOO with an intense fruity profile, vibrant, complex and full of nuances. Its origin and production are linked to a family tradition committed to quality and respect for the land.
