Garnacha Blanca is one of the most widely planted native varieties in Empordà. With grapes born from vineyards between fifty and sixty years old, from a stony terroir with pebbles, this white wine is made. A complex white wine with tremendous personality. The name Només comes from the essence of this wine itself, being a single varietal, which allows it to be a complex, long, and pleasant wine overall.
