Amontillados are one of the most interesting of all sherry wines. They are first aged as Manzanilla with biological aging under the "Velo de Flor" for eight years, and then undergo oxidative aging for another seven years. A total of 15 years of aging that give this Amontillado Príncipe extraordinary nuances of both ages. The most demanding palates agree: subtlety in its purest form. Format 0,375L.
