Our black currant, also known as blackcurrant, is distilled from three exquisite varieties originating from the Tyrol.The best climatic conditions in Styria, however, meant that we carefully transplanted our bushes there over time. The pleasantly aromatic, bittersweet black berries, whose fruit ripens in early July, thrive there in their most hermosa.Inmediatamente form after the harvest, again harvested by hand according to strict criteria, we process the fruit directly on site within a few hours. For one liter of this demanding brandy, we need up to 30 kg of red fruits. During the maturation period, the initially young brandy is transformed into a noble, fruity and very complex drop.
