Harrobia by Jade Gross is a red wine of the 2022 vintage, made by the multifaceted Jade with the help of Abel Mendoza in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, a municipality attached to the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin.
This wine is made with the most widespread and typical variety of Rioja: Tempranillo.
The grapes come from the plot "La Cantera" located in Labastida, Rioja Alavesa. It is a 36-year-old goblet-planted vineyard on clay-limestone soil at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level.
The grapes were harvested by hand on September 20, 2022, and the destemmed grapes were fermented in an open stainless steel tank. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
A very exclusive Rioja red wine of which there are only 1790 bottles listed. A real rarity!
