Traditional dry farming. Organic vines trained in goblet vines, cultivated entirely by hand with minimal human intervention. Most of the vines are not treated in any way.

Incredibly complex. Intense, jammy golden color. Captivating nose with aromas of jellies and caramelized tropical fruits. Deeply concentrated and full-bodied on the palate, followed by a long, pure finish.
