This cava is a single varietal made from Pinot Noirgrown in the most Mediterranean plots of the Espiells estate. It is an area made up of poor soils , with a sedimentary origin and a very marked calcareous component. The climate of these vineyards favors the intensity of the red fruit aromas and the scarlet color of the grapes. On the palate it is creamy and exuberant. It delicately caresses the inside of the mouth and releases all the aromatic richness it contains.
