The Pagos de Araiz Blaneo Chardonnay 2020, presented in an elegant 75cl bottle, is a wine that reflects dedication and passion for viticulture. This white wine comes from careful hand-selection of grapes that, after de-stemming, are pressed. The resulting must undergoes natural clarification in steel tanks to ensure the purity of the liquid. The next day, the must is transferred to 500-liter French oak barrels, where alcoholic fermentation takes place over 25 days. After this process, the wine is transferred again and left to mature in the same barrels, in contact with its lees, with regular batonnages for six months. This technique gives the wine depth and complexity in its flavor, ideal for pairing with fish and seafood dishes. In February, after a delicate clarification process, the wine is bottled, ready to be enjoyed.
