Planteray Cut & Dry is a coconut-infused artisanal rum, the result of four years of experimentation to achieve the perfect ratio of natural coconut infusion. Ripe coconuts are harvested, air-dried and then infused in a blend of unaged column rums and unaged still rums from Barbados. This infusion is then blended with rum aged for up to three years.
