PSI is a red wine from Ribera del Duero. A fresh, fruity red wine from the Dominio de Pingus winery, by the well-known agronomist and winemaker Peter Sisseck

It comes from old vines of an average age of more than 30 years grown in micro-plots of the small Dominio de Pingus winery. Maceration takes place in cement tanks, which allows for maximum fruit aromas. Fermentation is an entirely natural process, with no added yeasts. Aging takes place in cement tanks, oak vats and non-new French oak barrels from Pingus and Flor de Pingus. Barrels do not predominate in this wine; they only help to refine it during aging.

PSI is not filtered or clarified, it is made from a meticulous and artisanal process, which allows us to obtain a wine of exceptional quality.
