Tahón de Tobelos Blanco Reserva 2019 is a white wine from the DOCa Rioja produced by Bodegas Tobelosin Briñas (Rioja Alta). It is produced from Viura (90%) and Garnacha Blanca (10%) from old vineyards located on slopes with clay-limestone soils in the surroundings of the Ebro River.
After the manual harvest, the must ferments in French oak barrels , where the wine remains for about 12 months on its lees. This process provides greater volume and complexity, while maintaining the natural freshness of the varieties.
The nose presents aromas of ripe stone fruit, citrus notes and floral nuances , accompanied by hints of dried fruit and light toasted notes from the aging process. The palate is full and balanced, with a creamy texture, good acidity and a long, elegant finish. A Rioja white with character and a gastronomic vocation, ideal for accompanying fish, seafood or white meats.
