The 2024 Saca of Viña Corrales is here for wine lovers. This fino, created by Peter Sisseck (Dominio de Pingus) and Carlos del Río (Hacienda Monasterio), comes from the Bodega San Francisco Javier in Jerez. This wine originates from an 8-hectare palomino vineyard, planted 30 years ago in the Pago Balbaína, recognized as one of the most prestigious vineyards in the Jerez denomination. With 9 years of aging using the traditional solera and criaderas system, the wine was bottled in May 2024, when the yeast forming the flower veil was at its optimal point. This year has favored an exceptional biological aging, resulting in a high-quality wine. With only 8,000 bottles available, Viña Corrales is the perfect companion to enjoy in an elegant Bourgogne glass.
