Semi-sweet white multi-varietal. Hand-harvested separately at its optimal ripening moment. Manual selection of the grapes at the entrance of the press. Cold prefermentative maceration to extract greater quality and quantity of aromas. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled and constant temperature of 15ºC.
In appearance, it is clean and bright with a straw-yellow color. On the nose, it highlights ripe white fruit with medium intensity. On the palate, it has a pleasant, silky entry, with just the right acidity and a lingering taste of ripe fruit.
