How to prepare: Sieve 450 g of the preparation. Then mix with 55 ml of water to achieve a solid royal icing consistency. Mix the preparation and water for approx. 7-10 minutes at low speed, until the icing is white, not shiny and has the desired consistency.
Tip: To dilute: for every 200 g of royal icing made, add 1 teaspoon of water to obtain a medium consistency; add 2 teaspoons of water to obtain a thin consistency.
