The Dominio Mateos de la Higuera – Vega Demara Tempranillo Merlot Crianza is a red wine from the Denomination of Origin La Mancha. Made from Tempranillo and Merlot grapes from its own vineyards, it stands out for its careful production process. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected before controlled fermentation. This wine ages for six months in French and American oak barrels, imparting complex notes of vanilla, coconut, and spices integrated with the fruit. In tasting, it shows an intense cherry color and aromas of red fruits with a spicy and toasted background. On the palate, it presents excellent harmony between ripe fruit and aging notes. It is a perfect companion for stews, oven-baked meats, and aged cheeses. To enjoy it at its best, it is recommended to serve it between 14 ºC and 16 ºC.
