Ingredients

Water, wheat gluten (seitan) 25.6%, sunflower oil, tofu 12.6% (soybeans, water, stabilizer: calcium sulfate), yeast (yeast, wheat gluten, sea salt), sea salt, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat (gluten), sea salt), corn starch, spices, thickeners: xanthan gum, locust bean gum; gelling agent: carrageenan; emulsifier: soy lecithin.

Consumption / expiration date

• Shelf life: 7 months (best before date indicated on the packaging).

• Store refrigerated between 0°C and 6°C.

• Once opened, consume immediately.

Instructions

🍳 In a pan:

1. Grease the pan and heat over medium heat (approx. 100°C).

2. Add the product when the oil is hot.

3. Cook 30 seconds on each side.

🔥 In the oven:

1. Preheat the oven to 120°C (top/bottom heat + fan).

2. Lightly grease the product and place it on the central tray.

3. Bake for 15 minutes.
