Pure sheep cheese (Ciudad Real)

Livestock Encinasola, founded in 1997 with 200 sheep, has grown to have a population of 2000 animals in Castilla La Mancha. Located in Porzuna, they produce high-quality pure sheep cheese in the cradle of cheese, with excellent raw material from their own sheep. They transform their milk to make cheese, maintaining an exclusive and natural production.

Net weight:

Aged for 165 – 180 days. Dark-colored rind, ivory white interior. Intense but very pleasant flavor, soft and creamy texture.

Ingredients: pasteurized sheep's milk, lactic ferments, calcium chloride, rennet, salt, lysozyme (derived from egg).
Vacuum packed. Approx. weight 375 g
Own livestock in Porzuna. Castilla-La Mancha. Spain.

At Ganadería Encinasola, we create cheeses solely from the milk of our sheep, producing a unique product in a sustainable manner. We are located in Castilla La Mancha, the birthplace of cheese and with a strong livestock tradition, specifically in the town of Porzuna (Ciudad Real), which is situated at the foothills of the Cabañeros National Park and at the foot of the Montes de Toledo.
