Chalong Bay Double Barrel is the result of a carefully crafted maturation that allows for the exploration of a new facet of Chalong Bay rum, known for its unique signature. This first aged edition pays tribute to the freshness and authentic taste of Thai sugarcane while showcasing French craftsmanship in spirit aging. Distilled in an Armagnac column, this rum has been aged in the Gers in new barrels, as well as in Armagnac barrels, giving it complexity and depth of flavor. With a volume of 70 cl and an alcohol content of 47%, it can be enjoyed neat or in refined cocktails.
